We begin by developing a quality staff for your community – our experienced Professional Aquatics staff will hire the necessary amount of lifeguards to safely and effectively staff your pool.
American Red Cross Certified Lifeguards/Pool Managers and Supervisors – LG4H is an Authorized Provider of the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Program. We will train and maintain all lifeguard staff in ARC Professional Rescuer, CPR and First Aid – all staff will participate in weekly continuing education in-serve classes provided by our in- house Aquatic Safety Educator. LG4H also utilizes an outside safety expert to perform random skills audits on all staff members inorder to ensure a fresh look at our staffs abilities and skills.
To ensure the highest level of knowledge each lifeguard team member will in addition to successfully completing the ARC certification will receive a comprehensive company training, emergency protocal training, customer service training and a onsite facilty specific training prior to working at any facilty. These extra steps help to ensure your community will receive the most professional and knowledgeable staff.
Our highly trained lifeguard team will perform several additional daily duties to ensure an even greater level of safety and functionality of your facility is maintained. Lifeguard4Hire maintains a “paperless” record system of all daily pool activity. These records are available anytime via online system. Daily records are a vital component for Property Managers and Boards, with this information we can help you develop operational budgets, design pool operating schedules and much more.
